Makes: 8-10 servings Total Time: 1 hr 30 min

what you need
  • 1 lb. ground chuck
  • 1/2 red onion, chopped (optional)
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 can/jar spaghetti sauce (I use the chunky vegetable type)
  • 1 can French style green beans (do NOT drain)
  • 1 can mixed vegetables (do NOT drain)
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 small can mushroom stems & pieces (do NOT drain)
  • 1-2 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • Salt/pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley
make it
Brown ground chuck with onion & garlic. Drain well.

Add remaining ingredients, mix well.

Simmer on stove for 30 minutes - 1 hour or on low in crock-pot for as long as you need it to!
Notes
This recipe is so flexible & great for working moms! I have added chopped tomatoes, red beans, carrots, celery, etc. Just use whatever you have on hand!

Even good served over pasta & sprinkled with Kraft Parmesan Cheese. (The secret is the spaghetti sauce - otherwise you are only limited by your imagination!)
