No Bake Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies

what you need
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3 cups sugar
- 4 Tbsp. cocoa
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 3 cups instant oatmeal
make it
In a medium sauce pan, mix together butter, sugar, cocoa and milk. Cook on medium heat for 5 min or until butter is melted. Remove from heat.
Add peanut butter and oatmeal and mix well.
Spoon on to wax paper and let cool. Should get stiff and then it is ready to serve.
Notes
You can also make peanut butter fudge with this recipe, just leave out the oatmeal.
