what you need
- 1 cup Jif creamy peanut butter
- 8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 12 oz. Cool Whip, divided
- 1 prepared chocolate cookie pie crust
- 1 small jar ice cream topping caramel
- 1 small jar ice cream topping fudge
make it
In a medium bowl, beat together peanut butter, cream cheese, and sugar. Gently fold in 3 cups of Cool Whip.
Take a plastic zip lock bag and cut off one corner (tiny cut). Place 3 tablespoons of caramel in bag, squeeze all over inside of pie crust. Repeat with fudge, in opposite directions. Forming a swirly pattern. Spoon mixture into pie shell.
Refrigerate till firm. Place whip topping on top of mixture. Use bag again and place caramel on top of whipped topping, in lines. Do the fudge the same way, just as you did to the pie shell. For extra taste, you can add 1/2 cup chopped nuts of your choice. Refrigerate.
