what you need
- 1 1/2 cups Kraft Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon coarsely ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Creole mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons finely minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish

Put all ingredients into blender and blend at high speed until well blended.
Notes
Sauce can be used for injecting turkeys and chicken prior to cooking, and as a sauce for cooked bird. I find it good to BBQ pork and as a sauce on meat and sandwiches.
Sauce can be stored in refrigerator for several days.
