what you need
  • 1/2 pound ground beef
  • 1 can Sloppy Joe Sauce
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion, sliced (optional)
  • Green pepper, sliced (optional)
  • Sliced mushrooms (optional)
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuits
  • 1/4 cup Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese
make it
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a muffin tin pan with cooking spray. Brown ground beef in skillet. Add desired amount of Sloppy Joe mix. If desired, add vegatables and cook thoroughly. Allow to cool.

Separate canned biscuits into individual servings. Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray. Spread each biscuit into the muffin cups, starting at the bottom and spreading up the sides.

Fill each biscuilt-lined cup with 1/4 cup of meat and sauce mixture. Bake in oven for 18 minutes. Remove from oven and top with Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese. Serve immediately.
