Old Time Peanut Butter Fudge

what you need
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2/3 cup evaporated can milk
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1 jar (7 1/2 oz.) marshmallow creme
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
make it
Butter 13x9 glass pan. In a 3 quart saucepan combine the first 3 ingredients and cook over medium heat for 8 minutes, stirring all the time.

After cooking for 8 minutes, take off burner and add the rest of the ingredients to the pan. Mix well with a wisp.

Pour into buttered pan, spread evenly, let cool and then cut.
Hint: This recipe does well on sunny days and low humidity.
