Makes: 40-45 cookies Total Time: 2 hr
Category: Cookies Sub Category: Other

what you need
  • 1 block Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 bag Double Stuff Oreos
  • 1 pkg. vanilla almond bark
make it
Start by chopping up the Oreos with a food chopper. Once you've chopped up the entire package of Oreos put them into a large mixing bowl. Add Philadelphia Cream Cheese. Blend Oreos & cream cheese together by hand.

Roll into 1-inch balls (You will end up with approx. 40-45 balls.) It is a gooey process, but it is worth it! Place balls onto a sheet of wax paper.

Melt package of almond bark in microwave on low heat until melted. Individually dip each OREO ball into the almond bark & place onto the wax paper. You may sprinkle decorative sprinkles on these to make them look more festive, but you'll want to do it as you go or the almond bark will begin to set & the sprinkles will not stick. Once you have dipped them all into the almond bark, let them sit for at least an hour.
Once they have set the OREO & Cream Cheese will become like a soft cake center.

These cookies are absolutely wonderful! No one believes that there are only 3 ingredients that goes into them. Enjoy!
