Oriental Broccoli Salad

what you need
  • 1 pkg. shredded broccoli
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup diced up onion or scallions
  • 1 cup slivered almonds
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 -3 oz. chicken ramen noodles; just the noodles, crunched up
make it
Mix all dry ingredients together in a medium - large bowl.

Mix the vegetable oil, vinegar, sugar, and the packets of chicken ramen seasoning in another bowl. Pour over dry ingredients.

Refrigerate for 3-4 hours or overnight! YUMMY!
