Oriental Chicken Summer Salad

what you need
  • Dressing:
  • 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 2 seasoning packets from the Oriental Ramen Noodles
  • Salad:
  • 1 bag (1 lb.) coleslaw mix
  • 2 packages Oriental Flavor Ramen Noodles (uncooked and crumbled)
  • 1 bunch scallions, chopped
  • 1 package Perdue Ready Cuts Oven Roasted Chicken, cut into bite size pieces
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds
make it
Mix together all ingredients for dressing and set aside. I recommend using a sealed container and shake to mix.

In a large salad bowl, combine all salad ingredients. Be sure to chop chicken into bite size pieces.

Approx. 1 hour prior to serving, add dressing to salad and mix well. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
For a crunchier salad, add dressing less than 1 hour. For a softer salad, add dressing longer than 1 hour to allow more time for noodles to absorb.
