Oriental Noodle Soup

what you need
  • 8-12 cups chicken stock
  • 2 cups carrot slices
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts
  • 4 Tbsp. toasted sesame seed oil
  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. Szechuan stir-fry sauce
  • 10 oz. fresh Yaki-Soba or Ramen noodles
  • 1 lb. raw shrimp
  • 1/2 roasted chicken meat (bite size pieces)
  • 2 cups fresh snow peas pods
make it
Into a large soup pot over medium heat add chicken stock, carrots, water chestnuts, sesame oil, soy sauce, and Szechuan stir-fry sauce. Bring to a boil & cook for 10-15 minutes or until the carrots are cooked.

Add the noodles and cook for another 4 minutes.

Add shrimp, chicken & snow pea pods and heat for 2 more minutes. Enjoy!
