PB & J Crepe with Banana

what you need
  • 1 medium whole wheat crepe
  • 1/2 Tbsp. all natural peanut butter
  • 1/2 Tbsp. all natural 100% fruit spread, any flavor
  • 1 small banana, peeled and sliced
make it
Warm crepe in oven.

Evenly spread peanut butter on pancake and follow with fruit spread.

Top one side with banana slices and fold over other half. Serve.
Serve with an 8-oz glass of fat free skim milk or all natural nonfat yogurt.

Substitute apple or pear slices for the banana.
