what you need
- 5 cups cornflakes
- 1 cup corn syrup
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup peanut butter
make it
1. Measure the cornflakes into a large mixing bowl.
2. In a medium saucepan, bring the corn syrup and sugar to a boil. Stir in the peanut butter and turn off the heat.
3. Stir the peanut butter mixture into the cornflakes and spoon out onto waxed paper. Let the cookies cool and enjoy!
Notes
These are always a crowd pleaser.
You can also spread them onto a cookie sheet to set up like marshmallow treats, and cut into squares.
