Pecan Topped Salmon

what you need
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, room temperature
  • 3/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 tsp. dried thyme
  • 4 salmon filets (6 oz. each)
  • salt & pepper
  • lemon wedges
make it
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine butter, pecans, and thyme in small bowl. Arrange salmon fillets on baking sheet.

Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper. Divide pecan mixture over fillets, covering top completely, and pressing lightly to adhere.

Bake fish until fish is just cooked through, about 15 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges.
Steamed asparagus and rice pilaf make a great side dish.
