Perfect Pork Loin Roast

what you need
  • 1 cup real maple syrup
  • 4 Tbsp. prepared Dijon-style mustard
  • 2-1/2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
  • 2-1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2-1/2 lb. boneless pork loin roast
make it
Stir together the maple syrup, mustard vinegar, soy sauce, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Set aside.

Place pork roast in a shallow roasting pan. Spread glaze evenly over pork roast.

Roast at 350 degrees until internal temperature measured with a meat thermometer reaches 160 degrees, about 45 minutes to 1 1/2 hours. Remove from oven, and let rest about 10 minutes. Slice and serve.

Rated  by loepkerd on 1/9/2011 Delicious! I made it in the crock pot, too, and it was very good. I probably cooked it too long because it was falling apart, but still a delicious flavor!
