Philadelphia Cream Cheese Pound Cake

what you need
  • 8 oz. Philadelphia Cream Cheese
  • 1 stick butter
  • 3 sticks margarine
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
make it
Beat cream cheese, butter, margarine, sugar and eggs until creamy. Then add flour, vanilla and baking soda. Beat until batter is creamy.

Pour into a Bundt pan.

Cook for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350 degrees F.
Notes
May serve with ice cream are fresh fruits.

Rated  by babygirl177 on 5/4/2005 The only thing I would change about this recipe is the amount of margarine/butter used. I would just use 3 sticks of butter instead of 1 butter and 3 margarine. My friends and family really liked it.
