Pineapple - Pecan Cream Cheese Ball

what you need
- 2 packages (8 oz.) Philadelphia Cream Cheese
- 1 large can (15 oz.) crushed pineapple
- 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1-1/2 cups chopped red onion
- 2 cups pecans, finely chopped, reserve 1 cup
- dash of pepper
- 2 tsp. seasoning salt
- Serve with Ritz and Triscuit Crackers
make it
Soften cream cheese. Mix all ingredients together, reserving 1 cup of finely chopped pecans.
Chill.
Form into a ball and roll in reserved nuts.
Notes
I like to make this a day ahead to let the flavors blend together. It's always a hit at parties and a most requested recipe!
