Pineapple Upside-Down Cake

what you need
  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix (already mixed)
  • 1 can sliced pineapple (do not drain)
  • 10 cherries
make it
Preheat oven at 350°F. Mix the yellow cake mix according to the instructions on the box, then add the juice from the pineapple can inside the mix.

In a baking pan, place a single layer of pineapples, and then randomly place the cherries around the pineapples. Then pour the mix in the baking pan over the pineapples.

Then bake according to the box instructions until the cake is done.
You can really experiment with this recipe. You can try using peaches or mixed fruits instead of using pineapples.
