Pink Lemonade Ice Cream Pie

what you need
  • 1/3 cup Country Time Pink Lemonade (dry mix)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 pint (2 cups) vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 1 tub (8 oz.) Cool Whip
  • 1 pie shell graham cracker crust (homemade if you want)
make it
Stir lemonade mix and water until dissolved. Add that to ice cream and use mixer. Gently stir in the Cool Whip.

Pour into pie shell and freeze overnight.
If you make that pie in morning and ready serve in afternoon. it depends.... I prefer overnight... and also how much slice they like to cut could be 4 slices or 6 or 8 slices how much they cut small to big . Also it is good for summer to eat to keep cool off...
