make it
Cut round steak in small portions or 4 sections remove the bone. Heat skillet with oil or butter. Coat the steak with flour, salt and pepper. Brown in skillet.
Meanwhile, pour small amount of pizza sauce in a casserole dish smooth over bottom of pan. After steak has browned, remove from pan and place in the baking dish. Pour drippings over and add rest of pizza sauce, and half cup water. Add onion, green pepper and mushrooms. Cover with foil.
Bake 1 hour at 325°F or till tender. When it's tender, add mozzarella cheese and pepperoni to it, and let set on stove till cheese melts!
Notes
Tastes great with a baked potato because the sauce tastes great on top the potatoes. Serve with bread or salad. My kids love it!
This recipe is great in the fall weather and the juices from this dish is good on baked or mashed potatoes!
Ingredients vary upon what you like on pizza.
