what you need
- 2 pounds ground beef

- 1/2 small onion
- 2 Tbsp. ketchup
- Following to taste: pepper, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder

make it
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl mix together with your hands: ground beef, crushed crackers, onion, ketchup and spices. Add first two eggs and mix together. If it seems too dry add a third egg or depending on desired consistency.
Put into 9 x 13 inch glass pan and press into corners evenly. Drizzle the rest of ketchup or barbeque sauce over the top and put into the oven.
Bake for 1 hour or until done. Enjoy.
Notes
This recipe is adjustable to fit any taste. You can use favorite ingredients in substitute for the ones listed.
For a side dish, I like to make mashed or baked potatoes with my meatloaf.
