Pork Chop Skillet

what you need
  • 4 large pork chops
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 lb. Kraft Cheddar Cheese
  • 4 medium potatoes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
make it
Trim fat from chops. Lightly brown chops in oil. Remove from pan. Mix soup and drippings in pan. Add cheese that has been cut in small pieces and simmer until melted.

Peel and slice potatoes and place potatoes in large casserole or 9x13-inch dish. Place chops on top of potatoes. Cover with cheese sauce.

Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes or longer (if pork chops are thicker). Turn chops once.
