what you need
- 2/3 cup flour
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 5 pork chops
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 3 tart Granny Smith apples
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- Drizzle of honey
make it
Mix flour, salt, pepper, and dredge each piece of meat on both sides.
Melt butter in skillet and brown each side of chops. Turn heat to low, cut, cored apples into quarters (leave the skin on), and place around the meat. Sprinkle with brown sugar, drizzle with honey.
Cover and simmer 45-60 minutes.
