- 1/4 cup mustard
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/2 tsp. marjoram leaves
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 6 pork chops

In small sauce pan combine mustard, honey, marjoram leaves, salt and pepper. Bring to a simmer till mixed well.
Grill or broil pork chops till browned. Baste pork chops with sauce, cook a few minutes more.
