what you need
- 2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 cup Kraft Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
- 4 boneless pork chops
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- Salt & pepper
make it
Mix bread crumbs, parmesan cheese and parsley in a shallow bowl and set aside.
Dip chops in flour, then in egg, and then dredge in bread crumb mixture.
Melt butter in a large skillet and brown chops. Reduce heat, cover and cook for 3 minutes on each side. Remove cover and continue cooking till chops are completely cooked. Season with salt and pepper.
Notes
Serve with butter noodles or rice and a vegetable.
Additional Tablespoon of butter may be needed.
