what you need
- 6 pork chops
- Salt & pepper
- 6 Tbsp. catsup
- 6 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 lemon, sliced
make it
Place pork chops in a single layer in a 9x13 inch pan. Salt and pepper lightly.
Top each chop with 1 Tbsp. catsup and 1 Tbsp. brown sugar. Place a lemon slice on top of each.
Cover and bake @ 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 20 minutes.
Notes
Discard the end slices of lemon that are primarily peeled.
