Pork Chops with Tomato, Onion, and Bell Pepper

what you need
  • 6 pork chops
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 cup rice (not instant rice)
make it
Brown pork chops on both sides. Slice onion, tomato, and bell pepper into thin slices.

Place one slice of each on top of each pork chop, sprinkle rice over all. Cover with water.

Cover and turn heat to low. Cook for 1 hour.
I use an electric skillet for this recipe.
