Porter's Spaghetti

what you need
  • 1.5 lb. ground beef
  • 1.5 onions, chopped up
  • 1 box spaghetti noodles
  • 5 potatoes, peeled & diced
  • 5 carrots, peeled & diced
  • 3 can Campbell's tomato soup
  • 3 cans Campbell's mushroom soup
  • 1/2 bag Kraft shredded cheddar cheese (or to your taste)
  • 1 Tablespoon garlic powder or however much you like garlic
  • Salt and pepper
make it
First brown beef with onions in a pan. While boiling noodles, boil the potatoes and carrots in separate pan until partially soft.

When the beef is done strain grease and add to cooked noodles along with the carrots, and potatoes, stir. Then add the cans of tomato and mushroom soup and stir. Then add cheese and garlic to taste.

Let simmer for about 20-25 minutes until potatoes and carrots are all the way cooked. Then serve with a salad or garlic bread.
This is a family recipe handed down throughout the years; this is the way spaghetti was made in our family. Hope you enjoy this twist!!
