Pumpkin Dump Cake

what you need
  • 1 can (29 oz.) pure pumpkin
  • 1 can (12 oz.) evaporated milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 3/4 cup melted margarine
make it
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix first six ingredients until well blended, and pour batter into a 9 by 13 greased pan.

Sprinkle cake mix on top, and then cover with pecans. Pour melted margarine over top.

Bake 50 minutes. Top with whipped cream. Can be served warm or cold.

Rated  by roseredrita on 11/20/2007 I made this cake for a dinner I had but I used Spice cake mix instead of the yellow cake mix. It was great and I gave the recipe to quite a few of my guests.
