Quick & Easy Goulash

what you need
  • 1 box elbow macaroni
  • 1.5 lbs. ground beef (can substitute w/ground turkey if preferred)
  • 1 medium onion, chopped (can use pre-diced from grocers produce section)
  • 1 green pepper, chopped (can use pre-diced from grocers produce section)
  • 2 cans spaghetti sauce
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can green peas, drained (optional)
  • 1 package (1 cup) Kraft Shredded Italian Blend Cheese
  • Kraft Parmesan Cheese

Boil macaroni noodles in a large pot until done, drain and return to pot. Brown ground beef in skillet with onion and green pepper, then drain fat.

Add drained ground beef to drained noodles and stir in spaghetti sauce, drained corn, peas, and bag of shredded cheese - mix well. Return to heat until desired temperature (5-10 minutes max stirring well).

To serve, top with Kraft parmesan cheese
To complete the meal serve with toasted frozen garlic bread and prepared bagged salad mixture with Kraft Salad Dressing.
My kids really enjoy this meal. It was developed as a way to hide some vegetables in order to get them to eat them. Now they beg for me to make Goulash!
