what you need
- 1 large store bought graham cracker crust
- 1 conatiner (16 ounce) Lite Cool Whip
- 1 box Jell-O Fat Free Orange Flavor (no water added, just powder) *
- 1 can (15 ounce) mandarin oranges, drained *
make it
Mix all ingredients together with electric mixer, pour into the graham cracker crust and chill for about 4 hours.
For faster chilling you can put it into the freezer for about 2 hours.
Notes
* You can also substitute strawberry Jell-O and fresh strawberries in place of the oranges for a refreshing strawberry pie. Use your imagination with this one.
