Ramen Salad

what you need
  • 2 pkgs. Top Ramen noodles including seasoning (any flavor)
  • 1/2 cup toasted sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 head cabbage or bagged coleslaw
  • 6 green onions, sliced
  • Dressing:
  • 1/2 cup salad oil
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • Salt & pepper
make it
Break up ramen noodles. Brown with sesame seeds and almonds in butter. Add seasonings. Cut up cabbage and onions. Add Ramen mixture on top.

Dressing:
Mix together, pour over salad. Toss and serve. Chicken or shrimp may be added.
