Makes: 3-4 servings Total Time: 1 hr
Category: Dinner Entrees Sub Category: Chicken & Turkey Entrees

what you need
  • 1 pkg. (3-4 pcs.) boneless chicken breasts
  • 3-4 whole potatoes
  • 1 pkg. ranch dry powder mix
  • 3 to 4 Tbsp. butter
  • Aluminum foil
make it
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lay out 3 to 4 pieces of aluminum foil big enough for chicken and potatoes to fit in it.

Now put a piece of chicken in each foil piece
and after you have peeled potatoes and cut them into small cubes. Place one potato on each foil with chicken scatter it around the chicken.

Then sprinkle ranch mix across chicken and potatoes. Should only take one pouch for 3-4 chicken. I like a lot of ranch flavor so I use two pkgs. for all of them. Put a Tbsp. of butter on each chicken. Fold it closed good across and at each end.

Lay all the chicken on a cookie sheet. Place in oven usually about 30 to 45 minutes. Just check for chicken to be done and potatoes to be soft, but all you do is take it out and enjoy now.
Enjoy! I love this quick and easy recipe even if you don't like ranch this is really good. Just try it once when you are not in the mood to cook it comes out very well. My father hates ranch but loves this. I am not one to cook alot but i do love my chicken :)
