what you need
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • Kraft Buttermilk Ranch Dressing (may use low fat/fat free)
  • Panko bread crumbs
  • Olive oil
make it
Put chicken in zip bag and pound chicken flat. Add buttermilk ranch dressing and put in refrigerator overnight.

Next day, remove from bag and coat with panko bread crumbs.

Fry in olive oil until chicken is cooked through.
Notes
This recipe is quick, easy and chicken is very moist and tender.

When you pound chicken breasts they actually get bigger and make more servings.
