Raspberry Cream & Chocolate Pudding

what you need
  • 2 pkg. (4-serving size each) JELL-O Chocolate Fudge Flavor Fat Free Sugar Free Instant Reduced Calorie Pudding & Pie Filling
  • 3 cups fat-free milk
  • 1 3oz. pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Raspberry Gelatin
  • 1 large tub (12 oz.) thawed COOL WHIP FREE Whipped Topping
  • 30 crushed Reduced Fat OREO Cookies, divided
  • 2 packages (6 oz. each) fresh raspberries
make it
MIX or BLEND 2 pkg. pudding with 3 cups milk. In a separate bowl, FOLD raspberry JELL-O into COOL WHIP FREE Whipped Topping until well blended. CRUSH Reduced Fat OREO Cookies.

LAYER pudding, crushed OREO Cookies, raspberry whipped topping, and raspberries, alternating 3 layers each.

REFRIGERATE 3 hours or overnight to set. To serve, spread with a little whipped topping and garnish with additional raspberries & OREOs, if desired.
Can also be made with fresh strawberries (substitute strawberry JELL-O for raspberry).
