Refreshing Fruit "Cereal"

what you need
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 small red apple, chopped into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 1 small Golden Delicious apple, chopped into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 4 dates, seeded and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons raisins
  • 2 dried apricots, diced
  • 6 walnut halves, broken into pieces
  • 1 1/2 cups Silk Soymilk Plain, Unsweetened, Vanilla or Plus Omega-3 DHA
  • 2 pinches cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons honey (optional)
make it
Divide fruit between two cereal bowls, layering in the order listed above.

Pour ice-cold Silk Soymilk in each bowl, sprinkle with cinnamon and drizzle with honey, if desired.

* Silk Soymilk can be heated gently and poured over fruit cereal if a warm breakfast is desired.
