what you need
- 10 cups milk
- 1 cup rice
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tsp. rum (optional)
- 1 tsp. orange rind (zest)
make it
Put milk, rice and vanilla in pot.
While stirring, bring to a boil then lower heat to simmer for 30 min.
Then stir in sugar, rum and orange rind for 5 min then serve.
Notes
Can be served hot or cold.
