Roast Pepper Salad

what you need
  • 4 red pepper (roasted)
  • 2-3 drops of lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • 8 oz. yogurt
make it
Roast all peppers in the oven. Peel the skin of peppers and slice them. Squeeze lemon juice on peppers.

In a medium bowl, mix crushed garlic, roasted an sliced peppers, salt, black pepper and yogurt.

Let it rest for 5 minutes.
It is going to be delicious with chips or bread.

You can serve this recipe with meatloaf or roast beef.

You can roast the peppers on the barbecue grill if you want. It is going to be more delicious.
