Roasted Parmesan Potatoes

what you need
- 8 potatoes, peeled and cut into small chunks
- 2-3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 3 Tbsp. parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. dried parsley
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
make it
Toss cut up potatoes and olive oil in a large bowl. Put parmesan cheese and seasonings in a gallon bag and add potatoes. Toss to coat.
Spread potatoes on a foil lined cookie sheet that has been sprayed with non-stick spray. Spray another sheet of foil and lay on top of potatoes.
Bake in 450 degrees F oven for 30 minutes or until tender.
