Roll'n Mexican Turkey

what you need
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 package crescent rolls
  • 1 bag shredded Mexican cheese blend
  • 8 oz. container premade pico de gallo
make it
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and spray cookie sheet with non-stick spray.
- Brown ground turkey and set aside.
- Roll out crescent rolls and separate at perforations.
- Put 1 heaping spoonful of cooked turkey on center of roll, add 1 heaping spoonful of cheese and top with pico de gallo.
- Pinch ends together creating a stuffed roll and set on cookie sheet.
- Repeat until all 8 have been assembled.
- Bake for approx. 13 min or until crescent is done.
- Enjoy!
My kids LOVE these. You can add sauce to it if you like but my kids prefer them "dry". Sometimes we dip them in a sauce too!

You could do the same and make it BBQ cheese burger by adding BBQ sauce and leaving out the pico de gallo.
