what you need
- 12 oz. boneless chicken thighs, cut in small pieces
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 tsp. rosemary
- 1/2 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup water
make it
Saute chicken, celery, onions, and rosemary till chicken is cooked, approx. 5 minutes (no oil is needed).
Add soup and water. Simmer for 3 minutes. Serve over rice.
Notes
We use the diabetic meal plans for someone who has to watch sodium and sugar. This recipe works well and we serve over 1/2 cup of rice. Serve with sauteed veggies.
