what you need
  • 8 oz. Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 can salmon, drained, cleaned, and deboned
  • 1/2 cup parsley flakes
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
make it
Put softened cream cheese in a medium size bowl. Drain, clean, and debone the canned salmon; add to bowl.

Add parsley flakes, chopped onion, lemon juice, and chopped pecans. Mix all together to form a ball.

Chill. Serve with snack crackers.
