what you need
- 3 eggs
- 1 can salmon, bones removed
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. parsley flakes
- 1/4 tsp. garlic
- 1 slice bread
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
make it
Beat the eggs lightly and add to the salmon. Add lemon juice, parsley flakes and garlic. Break bread slice into small pieces and stir lightly.
Heat pan with olive oil. Drop salmon mixture into pan making into a patty. Fry on both sides until golden brown.
Serve with a baked potatoes and spinach or choice of side dished.
