what you need
- 1 can (6 oz.) salmon, drained
- 1/4 cup Kraft Chipotle Mayo
- 1 small rib celery, chopped and/or 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- 4 slices whole wheat bread, toasted
- 1 tomato
- 2 slices Kraft Mozzarella Cheese
make it
Mix salmon, chipotle mayo, celery and/or onion. Add more mayo, if needed, to achieve desired consistency.
Chill for 45 minutes.
Toast bread. On 2 slices, spread the salad. Top each with thinly sliced tomato and a slice of mozzarella. Finish with 2 slices of toast.
Notes
Also good with canned tuna or chicken.
