Salmon & Shrimp Delight

what you need
  • 1 lb. salmon filet
  • 1 lb. medium shrimp (shell off)
  • 1 Tbsp. seasoning salt
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic salt or powder
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 stalk scallion (green) onions
  • 1 lb. fresh baby carrots
  • 1 lb. fresh broccoli
  • 2/3 cup real lime juice
make it
Wash salmon and shrimp thoroughly, season with seasoning salt, garlic powder, and black pepper.

Cut up bell pepper to desired size along with onion. Place in foil. Wash vegetables thoroughly and add on top of salmon and shrimp. Pour lime juice on top and close foil for grilling.

Place on preheated grill and cook for 1 1/2 hours. Serve over white Kraft Minute Rice.
