Salmon Steaks Grilled Simple

what you need
  • 4 (4 oz.) salmon steaks
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup Italian dry seasoning
make it
Thaw salmon in refrigerator. Preheat non-stick grill pan. Drizzle olive oil lightly in pan. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste on both sides. Divide Italian seasoning and coat both sides of steaks.

Cook in pan for 5-7 minutes on each side depending on thickness on steaks. Place on platter and let set for 5 minutes to distribute juices.
My kids enjoyed this with whole kernel corn, a side salad and biscuits.
