Salmon Teriyaki

what you need
  • 1 cup Minute Rice Long Grain Rice
  • water
  • Olive oil
  • 1 can pink salmon
  • 1/8 cup (or to taste) A.1. Steakhouse Teriyaki Sauce
  • sliced mushrooms (optional)
make it
Boil rice according to cooking instructions.

Meanwhile, heat a griddle pan over medium-high heat. Pour in enough olive oil to cover the bottom of the pan.

Drain salmon and spoon into hot oil. Heat thoroughly. Pour teriyaki sauce over salmon. Add mushrooms, if desired. Stir. Serve over rice.
