what you need
  • 1 block SMART BALANCE 50/50 Butter Blend
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbsp. chicken seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp. chipotle seasoning
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 3 tsp. grounded pepper
  • 1 cup chopped frozen broccoli
  • 1 shredded baby carrot
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 1 Tbsp. ZESTY Italian seasoning or dressing
make it
Melt butter in skillet with vegetable oil, chicken seasoning, garlic powder, chipotle seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix chopped broccoli into skillet, and cover for 5 minutes.

Uncover broccoli and add shredded baby carrot. Stir. Then simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Uncover broccoli and carrots, and mix in the corn. Simmer for 5 minutes. Turn off heat and add the ZESTY Italian seasoning. Stir and enjoy.
