Makes: 10 servings Total Time: 2 hr 10 min
Category: Appetizers Sub Category: Other Hot Appetizers

what you need
  • 15 eggs
  • 3 fried bacon stripes
  • 5 sausages (any kind)
  • 1/2 cup cheese (shredded or sharp)
make it
Boil 10 of your 15 eggs. Scramble the remaining 5 eggs. Fry bacon stripes, cut them up and put them in your eggs. Cut up the 5 sausages and put them in your egg. Add the cheese (if you are not using shredded cheese, cut it into tiny pieces).

After your eggs are cooked, take the boiled eggs and sit them in cold water for 2 min. Then take the shell off the boiled eggs and cut the eggs in half. Take the yolk out of the eggs (you may do whatever you want with that or you can just throw it away).

Take a little of your scrambled egg and fill in the hole of the egg. You do this until all the eggs are filled. After you are done, serve them. They are best when hot.
You can add anything you might want to add to your scrabbled eggs be creative!
