  • 1/2 pound shrimp
  • 1/2 pound scallops
  • 1 jar Kraft Alfredo Sauce
  • 1 can crab meat
make it
Chop garlic, stir in pan with butter and olive oil. Cook 2 minutes on medium heat. Stir in spinach, small jar of artichokes and 3 Tbsp. of tomato. Cook for another 2 minutes.

Put shrimp and scallops in and cook till seafood is done. Then stir in Alfredo sauce and crab meat till heated. Serve with Italian bread, salad, and a nice white wine. Enjoy!!!
Notes
I sometimes use white meat chicken in this recipe, works just as well. With seafood you can put clams or any other shell fish you like, it always comes out delishous!

Rated  by florita on 2/20/2009 This turned into my husbands FAVORITE dish. I added chicken, mushrooms and a little onion and only used shrimp and crab meat as seafood. I seasoned the chicken with lemon pepper prior to saute. I think key is adding things slowly. I also boiled the raw shrimp in lemon juice and set aside prior to adding. It only toke me 40 minutes to complete from start to finish. I loved it as well.
