Shells and Cheeseburger

what you need
  • 1 pkg. (12 oz.) Velveeta Shells and Cheese Dinner
  • 1 lb. ground beef or turkey
  • Salt and pepper
make it
Bring water to boil in large saucepan on medium-high heat. Stir in macaroni. Reduce heat to medium. Simmer 8 to 10 minutes or until macaroni is tender. Drain.

While macaroni is cooking, brown ground meat. Add salt and pepper to taste. Other seasonings may be added as desired.

Add cooked ground meat to cooked macaroni. Stir in Velveeta cheese sauce.
Notes
I often use a steak seasoning mixture to season the meat. Sometimes I give it a Mexican flavor.
